Homemade Chocolate Milk

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup your choice of milk (W)
  • 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine milk, cocoa and maple syrup. Process until smooth.
  • Transfer to a glass or container. Enjoy!

Notes

  • To make this recipe without a blender, combine cocoa powder and a small amount of milk in a jar. Stir carefully until you reach a paste-like consistency. Pour in the remaining milk and maple syrup and whisk until fully incorporated.
