Avocado Dipping Sauce

Take taco night up a notch and serve this avocado dip recipe in place of sour cream. Planning snacks instead? Serve it as a dip for your favorite veggies.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 avocado peeled and pitted (W)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (W)
  • 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice from 1 lime (W)
  • ½ tsp. table salt
  • 2 cloves garlic (W)
  • ¼ cup cilantro ¼ bunch
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Adjust seasonings to taste.
