Ingredients

  • 2 mini naan breads
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup leftover butter chicken, chicken keema or chicken tikka optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven, toaster oven or air fryer to 350 degrees F / 176 degrees C.
  • Spread pizza sauce over naan. If using, add any desired toppings. Then, top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake the naan pizza for 5 minutes, or until the cheese begins to bubble and the crust begins to brown.

Notes

  • Try variations of the pizza, utilizing the butter chicken sauce instead of pizza sauce.
  • Ovens and toaster ovens may vary. Pay close attention to the naan pizza to avoid burning.
  • These naan pizzas are freezer-friendly! After adding cheese and toppings, place naan pizza flat in the freezer to freeze. When ready to eat, defrost to room temperature and bake as written above.
  • Serve this pizza with carrot sticks or vegetable of choice, or a small piece of fruit, such as a clementine or small apple.
