Chaat Masala Peanut Butter Toast

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 slice whole grain bread W
  • 2 Tbs. unsalted peanut butter W
  • ¼ tsp. chaat masala

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread to the desired consistency.
  • Spread peanut butter over one slice of bread.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala over the top of the bread evenly.

Notes

  • If using salted peanut butter, note that chaat masala often has added salt already.
  • If you are unable to locate chaat masala (available at most Indian grocery stores), replace chaat masala with a mixture of equal parts: salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and citrus peels.
  • Serve with guava or any seasonal fruit.
