Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal for Kids

Ingredients
 
 

  • cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cups pureed pumpkin from a can or boiled and pureed
  • cups water can also substitute part milk of choice
  • ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice can substitute cinnamon
  • 1 Tbs. coconut oil
  • Raisins optional
  • Maple syrup or honey optional

Instructions
 

  • In a pot, combine oats, pureed pumpkin, water, pumpkin pie spice and coconut oil.
  • Cook over medium heat on the stove or in the microwave until thick and bubbly.
  • To serve, top with raisins or sweetener if desired.
