Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal for Kids

1½ cups rolled oats ¾ cups pureed pumpkin from a can or boiled and pureed 2½ cups water can also substitute part milk of choice ½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice can substitute cinnamon 1 Tbs. coconut oil Raisins optional Maple syrup or honey optional
In a pot, combine oats, pureed pumpkin, water, pumpkin pie spice and coconut oil.
Cook over medium heat on the stove or in the microwave until thick and bubbly.
To serve, top with raisins or sweetener if desired.
