Green Mango Smoothie

This quick, easy green smoothie is packed with mango, spinach and chia to fuel your child until their next meal.

Ingredients
 
 

  • ¾ cup any milk (W if soy or cow's milk)
  • 1 ⅓ cup frozen mango chunks (W)
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach leaves (W)
  • 1 ripe banana (W)
  • 1 Tbs. chia seeds
  • 1 graham cracker

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, add milk, mango, spinach, banana and chia seeds. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve a graham cracker on the side.

Notes

  • An ice pack is necessary for travel.
