BetterBites^® Cancellation & Refund Policy

Price-Locking: Your current pricing is locked-in as long as you remain subscribed. If you cancel and decide to rejoin later, you’ll be charged the current rate at the time you resubscribe.

Initial Subscription Refunds: We’re happy to provide a full refund for your first subscription within 3 days of your initial charge. Please use this form to request a refund. Depending on your bank, please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed and funds distributed to your original payment method.

Subscription Renewal Refunds: Unfortunately, program subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds. You may cancel your subscription before your renewal date if you would like to stop the program. Any cancellation requests we receive after your subscription renewal date will take effect at the end of your subscription billing cycle.

Subscription Transfers: Should you decide another BetterBites program is a better fit for your family, you may transfer your subscription to a program within 7 days of your initial subscription date. You will be responsible for paying the price difference should your new program be of greater value. If your new subscription price is less, a prorated refund is issued for the unused time on the previous plan.

Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your BetterBites account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to all program features and services until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made to your account, and your subscription will naturally expire at the end of the paid period.

Past Due Subscriptions: If payment is declined at the time of renewal, you will be given a 7-day grace period to update your method of payment. If your renewal payment is not processed within this time, you will lose access to all programs. To regain access, you will be required to purchase the plan again and update your card details during checkout.

Subscription Pause: We don’t currently offer the option to pause subscriptions. If you need to cancel and rejoin later, your learning progress and completed lessons will be waiting for you when you return. Keep in mind, the subscription price will be the current price at the time of reinstatement, which may differ from your original rate. 

Uninstalling BetterBites Does Not Cancel Your Subscription: Uninstalling the BetterBites app from your device won’t cancel your subscription automatically — you’ll need to manually cancel through your account settings for the cancellation to take full effect.
