5 therapeutic smoothies for kids with only 4 ingredients each!
Here are the smoothie combinations:
🍌 1. High calorie smoothie
¾ cup whole milk
1 banana
Large glob of peanut butter (could be 2 Tbs)
Squirt (2 tsp) of avocado oil
🍐 2. Constipation smoothie
¾ cup apple juice
½ ripe pear
1 cup frozen raspberries
2 Tbs chia seeds
🫐 3. Polyphenol smoothie
¾ cup soy milk
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen black berries
Honey to taste
🥬 4. Green smoothie
¾ cup milk of choice
Large handful of mixed greens
¼ cup zucchini
½ cup frozen pineapple (don’t skip – without pineapple or another acidic fruit it turns brown)
🥭 5. Protein smoothie
1 cup greek yogurt
½ cup mango (or more to taste, hemp hearts can be flavorful)
¼ cup carrots (this is for color, you can leave it out)
2 Tbs hemp hearts
