Update My Password

To set up a new password:

Please note: You can only set up or update your password through a web browser, not through the mobile app.

  1. Go to Your Profile: After signing in, click on your Profile Photo > Personal Settings > Account > Update Email & Password.
  2. Add a Password: Select the option to “Add a Password.”

Check Your Email: We’ll send you an email with a link to set up your new password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Once you’ve set up your password, you can use it to log in going forward.

 

Reset My Password

To reset your password:

  1. Click “Forgot Password?”: On the sign-in page, click the “Forgot password?” link below the “Password” text box. On the next page, enter your email address and click “Send Email.”
  2. Check Your Email: You’ll receive a password reset email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. This email is valid for only one hour, but you can send yourself as many password reset emails as needed.

Important Note: If you click “Forgot Password?” in the mobile app, you’ll receive a magic link email that automatically logs you back into the app, but it will not allow you to reset your password. To reset your password, you must do so through a web browser.

Manage My Notification Preferences

To update your notification settings at any time:

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right hand corner of your account
  2. Choose personal settings from the drop down menu
  3. Click Notifications

      4. From there, you can update any of your notification preferences

Important Note: We find that our members find the most success with the program when they’re using the app all throughout the week. Keeping notifications on can help build the routine and habits that encourage lasting positive change. 

 

Manage Your Subscription

We completely understand that life with kids is unpredictable, and sometimes the timing just isn’t right to start or continue with our program.

Please note that your current pricing is locked-in as long as you remain subscribed. If you cancel and decide to rejoin later, you’ll be charged at the current rate at that time.

Initial Subscription Refunds: We’re happy to provide a full refund for your first subscription within 5 days of your initial charge. Please use this form to request a refund.

Renewal Policy: Renewal charges aren’t eligible for refunds. Please be sure to cancel your subscription before your renewal date if you need to stop the program. Any cancellation requests we receive after your subscription renews will take effect at the end of that billing cycle.

Important Reminder: Simply uninstalling the BetterBites app won’t cancel your subscription automatically — you’ll need to actively cancel through your account settings.

 

Set Up My Profile

Setting up your member profile is a great first step after joining BetterBites. Your profile helps build relationships by sharing a bit about you, your current feeding struggles and more.

 

Chat with Other Members

To start a direct chat with one or more other members:

  1. Click the chat icon in the upper right and click “+” to start a new chat

2. Search for the names of the members you want to add, select them, and click “Start Chat”.

Important Note: Once a chat has been created, you cannot add new members to it. 

 

Update My Billing Information

Please note: you cannot edit your billing information using our iOS or Android mobile app. To make changes to your billing details, please use a web browser.

  1. First, click on your profile picture
  2. Then click Personal Settings
  3. Click on Account
  4. Finally, click on Billing

From this menu, you’ll be able to see your current card details and choose to ‘Edit Card’ or ‘Replace Card’.
