What parents are saying

Alex

I'm really impressed with Lunchboxes. Not only is there a ton of diverse recipes, but I have already made two lunches without having to go to the store. I had all the ingredients in my fridge, but was still able to serve my son different and nutritional lunch! Thanks for all the work!

I don't know what magic you imbibe in your recipes, but it works every time! I bought your bundle and tried the fish stick po'boy tonight. My 2.5 yo LOVED the remoulade, and tried and then ate the fish sticks, which he's never had before. (To be fair, he was hesitant until we let him know fish is meat, and then he was all in.) He also devoured the bread and tomato, and even tried some of the lettuce. A huge win for us!

“I don’t like peanut butter anymore,” said my seven-year-old. My worst nightmare! Peanut butter and jelly is my go-to lunch, and I could see that my child was burnt out. It was fair, I served a lot of peanut butter and jelly. I wasn’t sure what to make in its place, though.

Sometimes we just need some new ideas.

“Lunchboxes” is a collection of lunchboxes that represent our Kids Eat in Color parent community.

Our team (and kids!) tested these recipes, our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist approved them, and I love them.

So whether you are staying up late or waking up early to pack up lunches, I hope this collection helps you all year long.
