Elizabeth Cotter is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan. With years of experience contributing to the treatment of eating disorders, Beth is passionate about helping people recover from diet culture and create healthy relationships with food. Beth has worked in eating disorder treatment programs at the Residential, Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient levels of care in Michigan and California. She currently works at a renowned Children’s Hospital in the Bay Area to provide nutrition counseling to adolescents, teens and families to treat eating disorders with a family-based approach. She guides patients to establish individualized health behaviors across the weight spectrum and is an advocate for a Health at Every Size approach to wellbeing. Beth loves spending time outside, seeking out live music, and trying new cuisines.
